Abstract
This educational study focuses on how to accelerate administrative processes in educational institutions in light of automation and digital transformation through the changes brought about by digital technology, which aims to improve performance in these institutions to bring about developments in work and speed of completion at a low cost. Digital transformation is an important factor at the level of government performance within automation processes that enhance operational efficiency and provide New job opportunities, provision of financial services, and the resulting monitoring of work and improvement of government performance. The study concluded that the government role is of utmost importance, with what it provides in terms of providing infrastructure, sustainability, government assistance, and work routines, which can facilitate the implementation of automation and digital transformation in educational institutions.
