Abstract
The research aimed to identify the level of practice of transformational leadership behaviors and dimensions among workers in the Student Activities Department at the University of Mosul from their point of view. The research hypothesis is that there is a statistically significant relationship between the behaviors and dimensions of transformational leadership among workers in the Student Activities Department at the University of Mosul from their point of view. The researchers used the descriptive survey method for its suitability and the nature of the current research. The research sample included all members and employees of the Student Activities Department who were selected intentionally at the University of Mosul, where their number reached (60) members. The questionnaire was used as a main tool to collect data from the study sample. The questionnaire was used, which consists of (32) items, and four dimensions were used in the prepared questionnaire, which applies to workers in the Department of Student Activities at the University of Mosul, which are: (the first dimension, ideal influence) and (the second dimension) Inspirational motivation (the third dimension, individual considerations) (the fourth dimension, individual considerations). The researchers’ most important conclusions were the following.
- The result of the first dimension was the ideal influence among the employees of the Department of Student Activities at the University of Mosul. From their point of view, it was a good score, which is a high level within transformational leadership behaviors.
- The result of the second dimension was the inspirational motivation among the employees of the Student Activities Department at the University of Mosul. From their point of view, it was a degree of strongly agree and a degree of agreement in transformational leadership behaviors.
- The result of the degree of practicing the third dimension of intellectual stimulation among the employees of the Student Activities Department at the University of Mosul, from their point of view, was a degree of strongly agree and agree in transformational leadership behaviors.
- The result of the degree of practicing the fourth dimension of individual considerations among the employees of the Student Activities Department at the University of Mosul, from their point of view, was a satisfactory degree of transformational leadership behaviors
