Abstract
The increasing urgent need for knowledge and scientific facts has become a priority for successful administrative work of the most important elements of business development for any sports institution, but it is one of the most important guarantees and survival Perhaps the Fencing Federation is one of the important federations that deal with a large segment of the sons of the game, so the Iraqi members of fencing must have an important amount of knowledge management and the research problem emerged from the observation of the researchers that there is a fluctuation in the administrative performance of the members of the Federation between positive and negative, all of that Born for the two researchers a problem I tried to reach from the study of this problem a scientific study and the researchers worked to build a measure of knowledge management among the members of the Fencing Federation in Iraq and the application sample consisted of (72) members and the researchers concluded that the members of the Central and Sub-Federation of Fencing have a good level of knowledge management, which is higher than expected.
