Abstract
This research explores the topic of lighting and its impact on fashion show presentations, specifically focusing on materials and the overall aesthetic. Lighting plays a crucial role in the appearance and showcasing of garments and fashion. The research aims to understand the importance of lighting in directing a strong artistic and aesthetic message to the audience, increasing excitement and engagement. It also aims to identify techniques and methods to achieve consistency in lighting and maintain the overall visual appeal and ambiance of fashion shows. The study reviews relevant literature and specialized websites, discussing different types of lighting and their effects on the interior spaces of fashion shows. Three sample fashion show models representing well-known brands are selected for the research. The findings highlight the ability of appropriate lighting to direct the audience's attention to specific elements of clothing or important design details, thus influencing their interaction with the showcased collection. The study provides recommendations, emphasizing the importance of selecting suitable lighting quality for the show while considering the colors and materials used in the garments .
