And housing, municipalities and public works as a research sample, quantitative and qualitative methods were adopted in data collection and analysis, where quantitative methods were used such as the weighted arithmetic mean, percentage measurement and measuring the size of the gap. While qualitative methods included visits, personal observation, access to documents and records, and interviews. The data was collected using the checklist that was designed based on the terms of the ISO 14006:2020 standard in order to diagnose the extent of its application. The most important results of this research are that the total rate of application of the standard in the surveyed department came with a matching rate of 27% and a gap size of 63%, which indicates on the weakness of the application and actual documentation of the requirements of the specification in the department under study.
