Abstract
The study aims to clarify the nature of civil society organizations, and their supportive role for society, specifically in the health field, as a result of the complexity and complexity of life requirements, and in light of the insufficiency of government health organizations that cannot perform their required role as a result of a set of determinants imposed on them; There is an urgent need for the presence of other non-governmental agencies that provide support and health support to the members of society, specifically those who need continuous health follow-up, or those who do not have sufficient financial value to obtain this service, or those who need care and health or medical care that are not provided by organizations Government health in our current circumstance, and in this study, a case study was diagnosed and the case of the Kirkuk Castle Organization for Orphans Care, one of the civil society organizations operating in the Kirkuk governorate and approved by the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and a statement of its role and humanitarian activities in providing medical services to the needy groups of the community, and the mechanisms of dealing With these cases that made it possible to deliver the service to them in a manner that suits each case that was followed up by the organization, the study concluded in the end to a set of conclusions, including the civil society with its organizations and entities independent of the government, but it works to assign and support the community in various aspects.
