Abstract
The current research focus on studying the aesthetic diversity of the human form in ancient Iraqi art. The research study explored the nature of aesthetic diversity of the human form based on the stages of development that the Iraqi civilization went through from the great development of the stone ages to the ancient historical eras. Art has deep roots and origins in antiquity, Where ancient artist sought to subjugate nature and make it a faithful reflection of their personal responses. What the ancient Iraqi depicted of the human form in sculptures and drawing is a kind of symbolic formal interpretations of human concepts and beliefs, Whether as an error or a formal expression, providing solutions to the systems of relationships between external and internal surface drawing. Thus ancient Iraqi arts had the greatest impact on the development of civilization through their interconnectedness over a chronological sequence. Ancient Iraqi artists excelled in giving importance to the human form their sculptures and drawings . Art has been one of the most important products of past civilization, A language of the present extending form of the earliest human planning to express his inner desire and pleasure. Since its inception in ancient times, artistic productions have carried various forms and meaning, harmonizing with the reality of human life. They represent attempts by humans to express their psychological self, and instinctual contents as internal attempts driven by urgent motives, turning cave walls into paintings depicting their inner desire and psychological struggles.
