Terrorism represents a critical and renewed research issue, and artificial intelligence contributes to combating it. Terrorist groups and organizations have developed their technological capabilities, allowing them to use huge data and analyze it for the purpose of facilitating their terrorist operations. In return, governments have taken it upon themselves to try to find ways to stop this technological flood that threatens the state’s existence. Through policies followed by the state in order to confront these threats, including artificial intelligence and its development.
Despite the tremendous progress that man has achieved in the uses of artificial intelligence, this success has been offset by several risks represented by the leakage of these achievements to terrorist organizations, which constitutes a real threat to the structure, sovereignty and stability of the state. Therefore, the general policies adopted by governments remain to try to benefit from the mechanisms and methods of combating terrorism, including: Artificial intelligence does not rise to the level of widespread influence, Cooperate in the future and the state mechanism is to work experimentally together, and succeed together in the general work of the heaps and heaps in the development of artificial intelligence, as they work on tactics, and in the future and what they must shift their tactics to different what remains in the different national system.
