Abstract
This study aims to explore the organizational performance quality in health services provided in the Heart Hospital in Dhi Qar , to know the the developments and advantages that artificial intelligence has introduced in the aforementioned hospital, and finally what are the benefis achieved using artificial intelligence’ applications. The authors relied on the null hypothesis and the alternative hypothesis, which states that there is a statistically significant correlation at a statistical significance level (0.05) between the independent variable, artificial intelligence applications, in its dimensions (clinical decision-making, patient data management, operational efficiency, resources’ allocation, and predictive indicators) and the dependent variable, organizational performance in the Heart Hospital, in its dimensions ( customer satisfaction , health service quality, productivity of medical and administrative staff, creative ability and financial performance of the hospital ) . The research population consists of heart hospital (a public hospital). As for the study sample, a random sample was selected, as 30 questionnaires were distributed to a number of medical and administrative staff in the Heart Hospital in Dhi Qar Governorate. Using the SPSS statistical package, the data was extracted and analyzed. One of the most important results of the study is rejecting the null hypothesis and the alternative hypothesis was proven, there is a positive and direct correlation between the application of artificial intelligence techniques and organizational performance in the Heart Hospital in Dhi Qar. The results also showed that the presence and availability of artificial intelligence techniques in the Heart Hospital in Dhi Qar helped in increasing the work efficiency of the medical staff in the hospital, and the diagnosis of some diseases became characterized by accuracy and speed.
