Abstract
The research aims to explore the relationship and influence between the variable of organizational vitality—through its dimensions [behavioral dimension, structural dimension, and work domains]—and the dependent variable of job creativity through its dimensions [idea exploration and generation, and idea support and implementation[
The research problem was defined through several questions that revolved around the nature of the correlation and influence between the research variables. To address this, a hypothetical framework was developed, which includes two main hypotheses along with their sub-hypotheses. In order to validate these hypotheses, they were subjected to various tests to determine their validity.
The research relied on a questionnaire as a tool for data collection and adopted the descriptive-analytical method as its research approach. The employees of the Aziziyah Directorate of Education in Wasit Governorate were chosen as the research population, and a sample of 54 employees was selected for the study.
Data were analyzed using a set of statistical methods, including descriptive analysis, correlation coefficient, and simple regression coefficient. The results were obtained using the statistical software SPSS v.23.
The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that organizational vitality can contribute to enhancing job creativity in the Aziziyah Directorate of Education.
