Abstract
The research seeks to demonstrate the role of entrepreneurship in enhancing organizational integrity through a exploratory study in Al-Mansour Bank. To achieve the research objective, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and the questionnaire form was used as a tool for collecting data. (50) forms were distributed to a sample of working individuals. In order to analyze the data, a set of statistical methods were used. The research concluded that there is a correlation and a significant impact between entrepreneurship and organizational integrity at the level of the bank under study. The research suggests that the bank management should allow an acceptable level of self-control and freedom of action for distinguished employees.
