Abstract

This research addresses the topic of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its impact on talent management in some Arab countries. It highlights the rapid digital transformation-taking place globally and the increasing role of modern technologies in reshaping management and human resources concepts. The study aims to analyze how AI tools are employed in attracting, developing, and retaining talents, with a focus on the associated challenges and opportunities.
The study adopts a descriptive-analytical by reviewing previous literature and examining the experiences of certain Arab countries in integrating AI technologies into human resource management strategies. The results indicate that the use of AI enhances the efficiency of administrative processes, particularly in areas such as recruitment, evaluation, training, and career development. The study also shows a variation in the extent to which these technologies are applied across Arab countries, with some countries adopting AI in advanced ways, while others are still in the early stages of implementation.
The research concludes with the necessity of adopting a comprehensive strategy that combines technology with the human aspect in talent management. It recommends increased investment in digital infrastructure, providing the necessary training for human resources, and updating legislative frameworks in line with technological developments, in order to maximize the benefits of AI in enhancing human capital in the Arab region.
