Abstract

Investment – is an economic process used for confrontation an increase in demand resulting from the increase of population on one hand, the improvement of living and meeting their needs a thing that achieves possessing different goods on the other hand. As a result, there is a require to achieve multiple investment to meet the increasing need.This research covers unplanned investment in (Jurf Alnadaf) restrict, theoretical concepts of study which included: the concept of sectoral interventions the importance of Urban fringes and administrations of the sustainable development.This report also covers the geographical reality of the region involved in this study which includes -location and the use of land.The report covers in the third part the factors affected the administration of sectoral, economic and social interventions.Fourth section studies the spatial analysis of the sectoral extensions and the different interventions such as industrial, commercial and residential interventions.Which caused multiple problem in the region economic, social and environmental These problems were clearly field based by the researcher.The result for this disorderly and not thought investment is expected.The change of the use of agricultural land to another uses such as industrial, commercial and residential is also one of the reasons caused these problems.And that refers to the weakness of censorship to reduce these phenomenal, which led to the emergence of slums and not thought-out reigns.
