Abstract
he current research aims to identify the level of digital management in the company under study and demonstrate its impact on enhancing marketing effectiveness. The research treated the level of digital management as an independent variable through, and marketing effectiveness as a dependent variable through. This company needs a modern management approach that can be adopted to transform the company into a digital company, in addition to overcoming the problems and difficulties it faces, in light of the problems and challenges facing the company under study. Accordingly, the research problem was defined by a number of questions, the most important of which was: Is there a relationship between digital management and marketing effectiveness in the company under study? In order to achieve the research objectives and answer its questions, the Ministry of Finance (Iraqi General Insurance Company) was chosen as the field for the applied aspect of the research. The researcher relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. (105) questionnaires were distributed to a sample of the company’s employees in the field of providing insurance services. The research included hypotheses to test the correlation and influence between the research variables. The statistical program (SPSS.V.26) and (Microsoft Excel v.2013) were relied upon to analyze the results. The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: There is a positive impact of digital management and its ingenious dimensions on marketing effectiveness, meaning that the Iraqi General Insurance Company’s activation of digital management practices has a positive impact on building a company that specializes in modern marketing, represented by digital. In addition to a number of recommendations, including Disseminating marketing culture among the employees of the company under study as a motivational step that boosts morale and makes them feel important and the importance of the jobs and duties they perform. Focusing on training them, as the researcher noted a weakness in administrative and technical levels among employees working in technical departments and branches.
