Abstract
The study aimed to identify the views of the employees of the Media and Communications Commission on the application of electronic systems and the extent of their impact on their job performance. The results showed the relationship of electronic systems to the development of administrative work in institutions and to improve the performance of employees. Where the researcher used a questionnaire to collect data from the study sample of 30 An employee of the Authority to answer the study questions after presenting them to the arbitrators. The results were processed using the weighted mean and percentages. The results demonstrated the relationship of electronic systems to developing administrative work in institutions and improving the performance of employees. The researcher recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: Providing sufficient allocations to provide technologies and holding training workshops.
