Abstract
The study aims to know the role played by entrepreneurial behavior represented by its dimensions (creativity, proactivity, taking risks) in bringing about strategic innovation represented by its dimensions (context, content, process), as the problem of the study was identified with a main question (Does entrepreneurial behavior contribute to bringing about strategic innovation In the Federal Integrity Commission?). Intentional (comprehensive enumeration) included (assistant general managers, heads of departments, assistant heads of departments, people's officials), and a (questionnaire) form was distributed to them to survey their opinions, as (162) questionnaires were distributed to the study sample, of which (153) questionnaires were returned valid for analysis statistical data with a retrieval rate of (92%). The researcher also conducted semi-structured interviews with a number of a sample of administrative leaders, amounting to (15) leaders. The data was analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS.ver26), and a group of statistical methods were employed to extract the results. Entrepreneurial behavior has an impact on achieving strategic renewal in the researched organization, which was represented by the validity of the research hypotheses and the validity of the hypothetical model of the study with the existence of a correlation and influence relationship between entrepreneurial behavior and strategic renewal. Problems that occur at work or that occur as they occur.
The study recommended the need for the Federal Integrity Commission to increase interest in the pioneering behavior of its administrative leaders because of its fundamental, effective and clear impact on the success of the strategic renewal process.
