Abstract
In this research, a deductive descriptive economic analysis it conducted for the causes of the economic problem and the scarcity of economic resources from the point of view of the Islamic economic system. With the other comparative economic systems, and then an extrapolation of the solutions that each system sees as appropriate to confront the economic problem. The most important conclusions it: The Islamic economic system links the emergence of the economic problem with human behavior. In the use of natural resources and the extent of his belief in the principles of Islamic economics and the possibility of applying them and achieving the optimal use of economic resources through the encouragement to work. In addition, the distribution of income in a way that ensures the achievement of satisfaction for all members of society then, increasing investment to achieve economic growth, with the condition that there is an ethical element in economic activities. As for the other comparative systems, they believe that the emergence of the economic problem is a result of the shortcomings of economic resources that are characterized by relative scarcity in order to meet the increasing needs of the members of society. It believes that the appropriate solution to confront the economic problem is to organize production and distribute it in proportion to the current situation of the needs of society, and these systems put material incentives for workers as a tool to increase production to meet the growing needs of society and then expand production to achieve economic growth. These regulations do not require the presence of the ethical element in the various economic activities. The study recommended the necessity of researching the concepts of the Islamic economic system in order to increase the knowledge of the society about its content. Then restructuring the existing economic system and the need for state intervention in various economic activities in order to adapt the application of the Islamic economic system with the existing technological development and then the gradual transformation of the application of this system in fully believing societies with his principles. The study also recommended using the Islamic economic system as a basis for planning economic growth to ensure the distribution of economic resources to achieve optimal use and sustainability of economic resources and to achieve satisfaction for all members of society.
