Abstract
The current study aimed to identify the role of Employee Empowerment in reducing Psychological Withdrawal in The General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate, While the problem of the current study crystallized in answering the most important question in it, which is: Does Employee Empowerment have a role in reducing Psychological Withdrawal? A set of sub-questions branched from it, and in order to achieve what the current study aimed at, it adopted the (descriptive-analytical) approach in presenting the theoretical intellectual framework, the practical framework, processing the collected data, analyzing it, and then interpreting it. The study population, which includes all the individuals working in the headquarters of the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate, was determined, and a random sample was selected, the size of which was (350) individuals working in the organization under study, as a representative sample of its community of (1985) individuals, and statistical packages were used. represented by (AMOS.v24, SPSS.v24), so that the study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: the existence of a direct relationship and a significant effect between Employee Empowerment and reducing Psychological Withdrawal. The study concludes with a set of proposals that help the organization under study in reducing Psychological Withdrawal by using the four dimensions of Employee Empowerment (Freedom of Choice, Competence, Meaning, and Impact).
