Abstract
The purpose of this research is to shed light on the nature of the relationship and influence between the variable role of technical and functional quality in achieving customer satisfaction.
Customer satisfaction is indispensable for commercial institutions, and interest has increased in factors that seek to improve the customer experience and satisfy their expectations, and one of these important factors is technical and functional quality.
The balance between technical and functional quality is considered crucial to achieving customer satisfaction, as products must meet technical specifications in addition to achieving the required performance.
Functional and technical quality management may enhance the rapid response to customer feedback and address their complaints effectively, which enhances confidence and contributes to building strong and sustainable relationships with customers.
The research relied on the questionnaire to collect data and information related to the research based on a number of standards, and the sample used in the research was (33) responses, including (21) from males and (12) from females, and one of the most important statistical tools used in the analysis is (deviation Standard, coefficient of variation, coefficient of determination, coefficient of deviation, calculated t value, calculated f value).
