Abstract
This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of the entrepreneurial organization as an independent variable with its indicators represented by (entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial culture) in achieving organizational flexibility as an dependent variable with its dimensions represented by (leadership capabilities, roles and responsibilities, and strategic flexibility). This study dealt with theoretical and philosophical frameworks. The concept of the entrepreneurial organization and organizational flexibility on how to bring about entrepreneurial changes that help reformulate the organizational structure that responds to environmental changes and that deals with creative ideas in a manner consistent with technological developments and competitive advantage.
To achieve the objectives of the study and test its hypotheses, a random sample of (50) individuals working at Shatrah University at various levels and responsibilities was selected. The descriptive analytical method was adopted to suit the nature of the study, and appropriate statistical methods were used through the SPSS program.
The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the entrepreneurial organization is one of the modern and important topics in administrative thought and has an effective role in providing competitive services in the organization under study, while the study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to pay special attention by the senior administration of the University of Shatrah, the research sample in Embracing the mental and intellectual capabilities and expanding and diversifying the participation base of employees with the aim of supporting and encouraging entrepreneurial ideas and creative innovations to obtain everything new in the field of entrepreneurial organization.
