Abstract
Many people are searching for the impact of social networking sites on marketing after they have become an important means of promoting various products and services, as they play a vital role in the success of marketing campaigns conducted for commercial activities, as various commercial activities demonstrate the impact of social networking sites on electronic marketing and give a glimpse into the brand. The brand is the logo of every company, which is a distinctive means of ideal promotion of business activities. Social media helps to enhance brand awareness in the market in terms of generating customers. Among the impact of social media sites on marketing is that it helps increase the number for each activity, increase the ability to convert potential customers into permanent ones and gain their trust as quickly as possible, in addition to lowering marketing costs. Marketing through social media is one of the methods used in marketing that is characterized by its low cost compared to other means, as one can also choose between free or paid advertisements and communicate directly with customers. One of the effects of social media sites is that it creates bilateral communication with customers as it is possible through social media sites to respond directly to customers, enhance complete trust between customers and the company, and know the opinions of customers. Through social media, we can also learn about customer reviews and opinions about the service or product and work to develop it so that it suits all their needs.
