Abstract
The research aimed to know the extent of the benefit of artificial intelligence for management and its role in improving the .quality of administrative decisions. The study population was chosen from all employees at the rank of (department director, assistant director, department head, division official) in the Wasit Governorate Diwan Center, where the descriptive analytical approach was used. A questionnaire was designed that included a set of questions that were directed to a sample of 25 individuals from the research community, and the individuals’ answers were analyzed using some statistical analyzes such as correlation analysis and regression analysis to reach results related to the goal of the research.
The research found that the arithmetic averages of the perceptions of the respondents in the administrative centers at the level of the dependent variable, the quality of the administrative decision, were at a high level. The emergence of this high level of the quality of the administrative decision is attributed to the nature of the decisions issued by the administrative centers in Wasit Governorate, which are characterized by their importance and their great and broad impact on the various segments of society. Which means it is necessary to pay attention to these decisions and make them within sound and accurate scientific methods, and this result is consistent with the results of a study. The research recommended the need for administrative centers in the Wasit Governorate Office to pay. attention to the concept of artificial intelligence and to the processes of user behavior and training and development.
