Abstract
The importance of the research stems from the fact that it reviews and addresses an important topic in economic issues in the countries of the world that produce and consume oil, especially the rentier countries that depend mainly on oil revenues. The importance of the research lies in shedding light on the fluctuations in oil prices and the positive and negative effects they cause on some sustainability indicators. Finance.
The research concluded that there was a need for it, the most important of which was that there was a relationship between oil prices and the public debt index to gross domestic product. That is, whenever oil prices demand public debt to GDP, this is consistent with a logical economic trend. The study included a number of recommendations, the most important of which was working to increase the contribution rate so far to the actual amount of gross domestic product by raising effective production in all economic days.
