Abstract
The research aims to identify the administration’s ongoing work in order to confront the crises that it will attempt and to try to achieve its effects that are reflected in its success.
The problem of planning sudden commitments and its lack of attention to human resources has been greatly represented in the development of organizational institutions.
The basic study used descriptive, analytical, etc. A questionnaire form was designed for school principals in the Najaf Governorate, and they were directly selected for the required study sample of (12) principals. Why were the data collected and the hypotheses tested using statistical techniques for social sciences (SPSS).
The study produced a number of the following results:
1- There are statistically significant differences at the level of α ≥ 0.05 between the impact of the crisis and advance planning of educational institutions from the point of view of supervising school principals in Najaf.
-2There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance α ≤ 0.05 between crisis management and providing specialized cadres in planning educational institutions from the viewpoint of school principals in Najaf supervision.
The study concluded as follows:
-1 School principals must understand the signs that indicate the emergence of a crisis in their institutions.
-2 School principals must raise awareness of the danger of the crisis emerging in the future.
