Abstract
The research aims at the role of strategic integration between the policies and objectives of the educational institution. It integrates the functions of different work units to improve the performance of educational institutions and achieve their scientific policies and objectives, because strategic integration helps in the continuous implementation of business strategies in a rapidly changing business environment.
The problem is that contemporary educational institutions are not immune from these changes because they operate in a changing environment and are surrounded by changes on each side.
In order to adapt to the requirements of the external environment, educational institutions must rethink their output formats, with greater emphasis on resource development through the development of modern curriculum methods for the functions of educational institutions' work units. Quality management to ensure education and redesign its policies and objectives has a significant impact on balancing education sector policies and objectives. On the other hand, educational institutions have added value to make them one of the bets of today's institutional change.
