Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of product improvement dimensions (excellence, satisfaction, simplicity of design, ability to test and test) among workers in Green Fields Dairy Production Company Ltd., in order to show their level of awareness and awareness of these dimensions.
As a result, the researchers tried to include the dimensions and measures of product improvement in this study, with the aim of determining the reality of the dimensions of product improvement in this company, and the study problem was posed as follows: Do these workers have a clear and correct understanding of these dimensions? In order to reach appropriate answers, the questionnaire was adopted as a data collection tool, as (83) fully recovered questionnaires were distributed, and analyzed by adopting the statistical tools that provided researchers with the ability to present a set of conclusions, the most important of which are:
1- Does the company under study have a clear understanding of the concept of product improvement and its dimensions?
2- The results of the analysis showed that the respondents’ responses in the company under study focused in a positive direction, on all dimensions of product improvement, and this indicates the use of the dimensions of product improvement represented (superiority, satisfaction, simplicity of design, ability to check and test) by the two worlds in varying proportions.
A set of proposals were also presented that are consistent with the conclusions presented by the research.
