Abstract

The research dealt with Knowledge Management Systems in according to ISO 30401:2018 with its sub-dimensions of (organization context ,leadership, planning, the support, the operation, performance evaluation, improvement) as an independent variable, and the participation of employees in decision-making as a responsive variable, and Oil Projects company was selected One of the formations of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil to be the study community and to achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to (170) Employees from different levels of management in the company, many statistical methods were used using the statistical program (SPSS V.28) to get out With a scientific outcome within the framework of this topic, the researcher reached a number of conclusions, the most important the existence of a correlation relationship between Knowledge Management Systems in according to ISO 30401:2018 and the participation of employees in decision-making, and the existence of having an effect relationship between Knowledge Management Systems in according to ISO 30401:2018 and the participation of employees in decision-making.
