Abstract: The research aims to design a complementary model for a project management and quality management in the project. according to the two specifications ISO 21502: 2020 , 10006: 2017. The theoretical and experimental descriptive approach is used. Among them: analysis, installation, induction, conclusion and review of the documents. And that the importance of the research involves by providing a method to ensure the good planning and implementation of the project, by covering some of the terms of the two descriptions, the sixth and seventh item of the ISO 21502: 2020.
