The current research seeks to provide a theoretical and applied framework on the role of quality culture in raising awareness among individuals working to pay electricity bills in the General Company for North Electricity Distribution. He raised it in the research problem, the most important of which was: Is there a statistically significant correlation between quality culture and awareness raising? Does the culture of quality affect the awareness of employees to pay electricity bills in the company under study? As a hypothetical scheme was designed from which several assumptions emerged that reflect the correlation and influence relations between the culture of quality and the raising of awareness among workers in the General Company for North Electricity Distribution, the questionnaire was adopted as a research method for collecting the required data, and it was distributed to a sample of the surveyed community, which numbered (70). An individual based on the descriptive analysis method, and the statistical program (SPSSV22) was used to conduct tests for the purposes of the research, and a set of conclusions was reached, the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant correlation between quality culture and raising awareness among individuals, both at the total level or at the level of its sub-variables. There is also an impact relationship with statistical significance between quality culture and awareness raising, whether at the total or sub-level of the dependent variables. The research presented a set of proposals, including working continuously to develop the knowledge side of the company in question through qualifying its employees for the purpose of obtaining a certificate in the field of quality and not appointing any new employee unless he holds a certificate in this field.
