Abstract


The current research focuses on measuring the correlation between organizational creativity with its dimensions (leadership and organization - process and tools - people and skills - culture and values) and the competitive excellence model with its dimensions (cost - quality - flexibility - delivery) - an applied study in the communication company cork / baghdad. The purposeful research sample, consisting of (64) employees of the company under study, was selected. The research relied on the descriptive analytical m Organizational innovation and its relationship to the competitive excellence model an method to accomplish the theoretical and practical side. The research tool consisted of formulating a questionnaire to collect data, reveal the results of the research, analyze them and test its hypotheses, using statistical and mathematical methods and the spss program, as well as personal interviews.The most important conclusions: - there is a statistically significant correlation between organizational creativity and organizational excellence, and this indicates the administration's interest in workers and encouraging them to present new ideas in a way that enhances their creativity in a way that enriches experience, knowledge and outstanding organizational performance. Competitive superiority is an important criterion for determining the various successful organizations because it is the basis from which the competitive strategy is formulated. The most prominent recommendations: - emphasis on preserving human capital that is characterized by knowledge, skill, experience, innovation, creativity and organizational development. - the necessity of expanding the company's capabilities to protect its innovations from imitation in order to make it be pioneering and innovative.
