Abstract
The results of the study showed a set of conclusions, most notably the existence of an effect of the leadership behavior used by managers on the morale of subordinates in the organization, as well as the existence of a statistically significant correlation between them, The study was presented a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is that successful leaders are the ones who focus on task orientation and achievement on the one hand, and human relations on the other hand.
